Position Details: Below are the available Clean Vibes volunteer positions at this event.
DURING SHOW CLEAN UP
Volunteers must commit to FOUR 4-hour shifts for a total weekend commitment of 16 hours. Volunteers will be picking up loose litter on the ground and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, lifting and consolidating large bags of recycling and refuse.
During Show Clean Up Shifts:
Thursday 7/2/20: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Friday 7/3/20: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Saturday 7/4/20: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday 7/5/20: 8:00am - 12:00pm
DURING SHOW TRASH TALKER®
Volunteers must commit to FOUR 4-hour shifts (one of each shift time - see below) over the course of the four day event for a total commitment of 16 HOURS. Volunteers will be stationed at a series of waste receptacles in order to direct fans on the proper disposal of their waste. Each volunteer will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the 3-stream system: compost, recycling and landfill. Volunteers will be responsible for sorting materials to the correct containers if necessary and replacing full bags as they fill up. Trash Talker® Volunteers will also be responsible for sweeping in some areas, as directed.

Thursday, 7/2/20: 8:30AM - 12:30PM, 11:30AM - 3:30PM, 3:30PM - 7:30PM, 7:30PM - 11:30PM
Friday, 7/3/20: 8:30AM - 12:30PM, 11:30AM - 3:30PM, 3:30PM - 7:30PM, 7:30PM - 11:30PM
Saturday, 7/4/20: 8:30AM - 12:30PM, 11:30AM - 3:30PM, 3:30PM - 7:30PM, 7:30PM - 11:30PM
Sunday, 7/5/20: 8:30AM - 12:30PM, 11:30AM - 3:30PM, 3:30PM - 7:30PM, 7:30PM - 11:30PM
Volunteers must commit to two 8 hour shifts after the event on Monday (7/8) and Tuesday (7/9) for a total of 16 HOURS. Volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue and vending areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.
Post Show Shifts:
Monday, 7/6/20: 12:00PM - 8:00PM (Lunch and Dinner will be provided)
Tuesday 7/7/20: 9:00AM - 5:00PM (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided)
During Show Clean Up - 16 hours
Trash Talker® Volunteer - 16 hours
Post Show Volunteer - 16 hours
Camping is provided. Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment, including tent.
Volunteers will park in the staff lot off site. Shuttles to and from the parking lot will be provided. You may purchase an on-site vehicle pass for $150.50 plus fees, however your vehicle may not gain entry to the festival site until Thursday at 8 AM. Vehicles will not be permitted early access into the festival. You can purchase a parking pass here.
Wednesday, July 1, 2020 **PLEASE BE ADVISED** Upon entry to the festival, each volunteer will be required to pay a $10 non-refundable facilities fee at the gate. This fee goes directly to the festival and is intended to offset the costs of porta-potties, water, etc.
application/processing fee of $25.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE
ticket deposit of $275.00 to confirm your volunteer position.
Upon submission of your ticket deposit you will be given the opportunity to choose your position for this event. If the event is officially cancelled your refundable deposit will be refunded.
