Position Details:

PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION AND SIGNED LIABILITY WAIVER ARE REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER AT THIS EVENT.

Below are the available Clean Vibes volunteer positions at this event.

DURING SHOW CLEAN UP Volunteers must commit to THREE 5-hour shifts for a total weekend commitment of 15 hours. Volunteers will be picking up loose litter on the ground and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, lifting and consolidating large bags of recycling and refuse.

During Show Clean Up Shifts:
Friday 9/24/21: 8:00am - 1:00pm
Saturday 9/25/21: 8:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday 9/26/21: 8:00am - 1:00pm

POST SHOW: Volunteers must commit TWO 8-hour shifts after the event on Monday and Tuesday. Volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue, vending, and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.

Post Show Shifts:
Monday 9/27/21: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Tuesday 9/28/21: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Hourly Commitment:
During Show Clean-up Volunteer - 15 hours
Post Show Volunteer - 16 hours

Accommodations: Camping is provided. Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment, including tent.

Parking: On-site parking is not included, please be prepared for walk-in camping. For more information and options please find it on the Delfest website here.

Arrival Date: Thursday, September 24, 2021. More information about arrival will be emailed to you closer to the event date.

Fees/Deposit: A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $25.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed beginning on Thursday, June 3rd at 1:00pm EST you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $200.00 to confirm your volunteer position. Upon submission of your ticket deposit you will be given the opportunity to choose your position for this event.

Please be advised that Volunteer positions are not confirmed until the refundable ticket deposit has been submitted.
