Position Details:
REGISTRATIONS HAVE CLOSED FOR THIS EVENT.
Below are the available Clean Vibes volunteer positions at this event. Each volunteer will choose ONE position, subject to availability.DURING SHOW CLEAN-UP/TABLE BUSSER Volunteers must commit to TWO 6-hour shifts over the course of the weekend (ONE early and ONE late 6-hour shift) for a total weekend commitment of 12 hours. Volunteers will be picking up loose litter off the ground, cleaning picnic tables and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, lifting and consolidating large bags of recycling and refuse. Volunteers may also spend a portion of their shift sorting material to maximize waste diversion from the landfill.
During Show Clean Up/Table Busser shifts will be TWO of the following shifts:
Friday 4/28/23: 1:00PM - 7:00PM, 5:30PM - 11:30PM
Saturday 4/29/23: 1:00PM - 7:00PM, 5:30PM - 11:30PM
Sunday 4/30/23: 1:00PM - 7:00PM, 5:30PM - 11:30PM
NIGHTLY AFTER SHOW Volunteers must commit to THREE 4-hour shifts, one EACH night of the event, for a total of 12 hours. Volunteers will be providing the important initial sweep through the venue after the crowd has left. They will work with the Clean Vibes crew and fellow volunteers to clean the venue and vending areas of all concert debris. Volunteers must work one shift on each night of the event and will gain admission on all 3 days. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.
Nightly After Show Shifts:
Friday 4/28/23: 11:00PM - 3:00AM
Saturday 4/29/23: 11:00PM - 3:00AM
Sunday 4/30/23: 11:00PM - 3:00AM
Hourly Commitment For Each Position:
During Show Clean Up/Table Busser Volunteer - 12 hours
Nightly After Show Volunteer - 12 hours
Accommodations: Volunteers must provide their lodging.
Parking: Parking will be provided at an off-site location and shuttles will be provided to the event.
Arrival Date: Friday, April 28, 2023
Fees/Deposit: A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $30.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $275.00 to confirm your volunteer position. Upon submission of your ticket deposit you will be given the opportunity to choose your position for this event.
