Position Details:

REGISTRATIONS HAVE CLOSED FOR THIS EVENT!

Below are the available Clean Vibes volunteer positions at this event. Each volunteer will choose ONE position, subject to availability.

DURING SHOW CLEAN UP Volunteers must commit to THREE 4-hour shifts for a total commitment of 12 hours. Volunteers will be picking up loose litter on the ground and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, lifting and consolidating large bags of recycling and refuse.

During Show Clean Up Shifts: 
Friday 6/30/23: 8:30AM - 12:30PM
Saturday 7/1/23: 8:30AM - 12:30PM
Sunday 7/2/23: 8:30AM - 12:30PM

DURING SHOW TABLE BUSSER
 Volunteers must commit to TWO 6-hour shifts [ONE early and ONE late] for a total commitment of 12 hours and will be placed within the picnic table area in the venue/food courts and will work in conjunction with Clean Vibes crew to ensure the area remains clean and safe. Volunteers will also be cleaning the grounds throughout the venue picking up loose litter. This position involves stooping, lifting, and consolidating large bags of recycling and refuse. This is a fun job educating festival attendees on waste disposal while encouraging them to clean up after themselves.


During Show Clean Up/Table Busser shifts will be TWO of the following shifts:
Thursday 6/29/23: 9:00PM - 3:00AM
Friday 6/30/23: 4:00PM - 10:00PM, 9:00PM - 3:00AM
Saturday 7/1/23: 4:00PM - 10:00PM, 9:00PM - 3:00AM
Sunday 7/2/23: 4:00PM - 10:00PM

POST SHOW:
Volunteers must commit to two 8 hour shifts after the event on Monday (7/3) and Tuesday (7/4) for a total of 16 HOURS. Volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue and vending areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.

Post Show Shifts:
Monday 7/3/23: 12:00PM - 8:00PM
Tuesday 7/4/23 9:00AM - 5:00PM
(Lunch will be provided both days)


Hourly Commitment For Each Position: 
During Show Clean Up - 12 hours
Table Busser - 12 hours
Post Show Volunteer - 16 hours

Accommodations: Camping is provided. Volunteers must provide their own tent and camping supplies.

Arrival Date: Thursday, June 29, 2023

Fees/Deposit:  A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $30.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $225.00 to confirm your volunteer position. The ticket deposit will give you admission to all four days of the event. Upon submission of your ticket deposit you will be given the opportunity to choose your position for this event.
