Below are the available Clean Vibes volunteer positions at this event. Each volunteer will choose ONE position, subject to availability. All positions provide access to BOTH days of the festival.
Please Advise: Fees/Deposit: A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $30.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $225.00 to confirm your volunteer position. The ticket deposit will give you admission to all four days of the event. Upon submission of your ticket deposit you will be given the opportunity to choose your position for this event.
Position Details:
MORNING CLEAN UP Volunteers must commit to ONE 6-hour shift for a total weekend commitment of 6 hours. Volunteers will be picking up loose litter on the ground and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, lifting and consolidating large bags of recycling and refuse.
Morning Clean Up Shift:
Sunday 5/26/24: 8:00am - 2:00pm
DURING SHOW CLEAN UP/TRASH TALKER® Volunteers must commit to ONE 6-hour shifts over the course of the two day event for a total commitment of 6 HOURS. Volunteers will be stationed at a series of waste receptacles in order to direct fans on the proper disposal of their waste. Volunteers will also be picking up loose litter on the ground and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, bending, and lifting. Each volunteer will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the 3-stream system: compost, recycling and landfill. Volunteers will be responsible for sorting materials to the correct containers if necessary and replacing full bags as they fill up. We will provide you with training on what goes where, gloves, bags and provide support throughout your shift.
During Show Clean Up/Trash Talker® shifts will be ONE of the following shifts:
Saturday 5/25/24: 1:00PM - 7:00PM, 5:00PM - 11:00PM
Sunday 5/26/24: 1:00PM - 7:00PM, 5:00PM - 11:00PM
NIGHTLY AFTER SHOW CLEAN UP Volunteers must commit to TWO 3-hour shifts, one EACH night of the event, for a total of 6 hours. Volunteers will be providing the important initial sweep through the venue after the crowd has left. They will work with the Clean Vibes crew and fellow volunteers to clean the venue and vending areas of all concert debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.
Nightly After Show Clean Up Volunteer Shifts:
Saturday 5/25/24: 11:00PM - 2:00AM
Sunday 5/26/24: 11:00PM - 2:00AM
Hourly Commitment:
Morning Clean Up [6 hours]
During Show Clean Up/Table Busser [6 hours]
Nightly After Show [6 hours]
Accommodations: Volunteers must provide their own lodging and parking.
