Below are the available Clean Vibes Green Team positions at this event. Each member of the green team will choose ONE position, subject to availability.

Position Details: 

MORNING CLEAN UP [Position is full] Green Team must complete THREE 6-hour shifts for a total commitment of 18 hours. Members of the team will be assisting Clean Vibes staff members with sweeping the venue and vending areas of litter and debris to prepare the space for another great day of music!

Clean Vibes provides: 

• One (1) 4-Day Staff Wristband that provides access to the GA areas of event site and Staff Camping.

• One (1) 4- Day Staff Camping Vehicle Pass is provided with access to free showers. Green Team must provide their own camping equipment, including tent. No RVs permitted.

• Clean Vibes Green Team T-shirt

• During Show Green Team will receive one meal voucher per shift!

Morning Clean Up Shifts:

Friday 9/20/24: 8:00am - 2:00pm

Saturday 9/21/24: 8:00am - 2:00pm

Sunday 9/22/24: 8:00am - 2:00pm

ARRIVAL DATE: During Show Green Team may arrive at any time after NOON on Wednesday 9/18/24. 

TABLE BUSSER/SWEEPER [Position is full] Green Team must commit to THREE 6-hour shifts for a total commitment of 18 hours. Members of the team will be assisting Clean Vibes staff members with keeping the venue and vending area grounds clean and clear. This position involves stooping, bending, and lifting.

Clean Vibes provides: 

• One (1) 4-Day Staff Wristband that provides access to the GA areas of event site and Staff Camping.

• One (1) 4- Day Staff Camping Vehicle Pass is provided with access to free showers. Green Team must provide their own camping equipment, including tent.

• Clean Vibes Green Team T-shirt

• During Show Green Team will receive one meal voucher per shift!

Table Busser Shifts/Sweeper Shifts:

Thursday 9/19/24: 8:00pm - 2:00am

Friday 9/20/24: 3:00pm - 9:00pm, 8:00pm - 2:00am
Saturday 9/21/24: 3:00pm - 9:00pm, 8:00pm - 2:00am
Sunday 9/22/24: 3:00pm - 9:00pm, 8:00pm - 2:00am

ARRIVAL DATE: During Show Green Team may arrive at any time after NOON on Wednesday 9/18/24. 

POST SHOW CLEAN UP Green Team along with Clean Vibes crew members will help clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. 

Post Event Green Team will check-in on the Monday following the event (9/23) and the shifts are on Tuesday (9/24) and Wednesday (9/25) 8:00AM-6:00PM. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during shift days [Tuesday + Wednesday].

Clean Vibes provides:

• One (1) 4-Day GA Wristband that provides access to the GA areas of event site and GA Camping.
• One (1) 4-Day GA Camping Vehicle Pass is provided. Green Team must provide their own camping equipment, including tent. No RVs permitted.
• Camping on site post event during shifts until Thursday at 12 Noon Eastern.
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided during shift days [Tuesday + Wednesday].
• Clean Vibes Green Team T-shirt

ARRIVAL DATE: Post Show Green Team may arrive + enter the campgrounds beginning at 12am (midnight) on the morning of Thursday, Sept. 19. If you want to enter Tuesday or Wednesday you will have to purchase that upgrade from the event website. 

FEES + DEPOSIT:  A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $35.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $450.00 to confirm your volunteer position.
