Ultra [Single Day Registration]
**Please be advised that this registration page is for CLEAN VIBES, the event waste & recycling provider, specifically, and is separate from the festival volunteer program (if applicable). Registrations between the two programs are non-transferrable.**

REGISTRATIONS FOR THIS EVENT ARE CLOSED!
This registration is for volunteering/attending one single day of your choosing at the Ultra Music Festival (positions are limited). You may not volunteer for 2 different single days - you may only volunteer for one single day by signing up below, or signup to volunteer for all three days of the event by going here.
Position Details:
DURING SHOW Volunteers must commit to ONE 5-hour shift for a total commitment of 5 hours. Volunteers will be stationed at a series of waste receptacles in order to direct fans on the proper disposal of their waste. Volunteers will also be picking up loose litter on the ground and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, bending, and lifting. Each volunteer will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the 2-stream system: recycling and landfill. Volunteers will be responsible for sorting materials to the correct containers if necessary and replacing full bags as they fill up. We will provide you with training on what goes where, gloves, bags and provide support throughout your shift.
During Show Volunteer Shifts:
Friday 3/28/25: 5:00pm-10:00pm, 8:00pm-1:00am
Saturday 3/29/25: 1:00pm-6:00pm, 4:00pm-9:00pm, 8:00pm-1:00am
Sunday 3/30/25: 1:00pm-6:00pm, 4:00pm-9:00pm, 6:00pm-11:00pm
MORNING CLEAN UP Volunteers must commit to ONE 5-hour shift for a total commitment of 5 hours. Volunteers will be assisting Clean Vibes staff members with sweeping the venue and vending areas of litter and debris to prepare the space for another great day of music!
Morning Clean Up Volunteer Shifts:
Saturday 3/29/25: 8:00am-1:00pm
Sunday 3/30/25: 8:00am-1:00pm
Hourly Commitment:
Single Day Volunteer - 5 hours
Accommodations: Volunteers must provide their own lodging. Please refer to the festival website for more information about getting to and from the event as no onsite parking will be provided to volunteers. https://ultramusicfestival.com/
Arrival Date: The day you are volunteering.
Fees/Deposit: A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $40.00 and your REFUNDABLE deposit of $200.00 is due upon submission of the application below to confirm your volunteer position.
