Below are the available Clean Vibes volunteer positions at this event. Each volunteer will choose ONE position, subject to availability.

REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED FOR THIS EVENT

Position Details:

MORNING CLEAN UP [Position Full] Volunteers must complete THREE 5-hour shifts for a total commitment of 15 hours. Volunteers will be assisting Clean Vibes staff members with sweeping the venue and vending areas of litter and debris to prepare the space for another great day of music! 

Morning Clean Up Shifts:

Saturday 10/11/25: 8:00am - 1:00pm

Sunday 10/12/25: 8:00am - 1:00pm

Monday 10/13/25: 8:00am - 1:00pm

ACCOMMODATIONS + INCENTIVES:

• One (1) GA Wristband that provides access to the GA areas of event site.
• One Camping Vehicle Pass is provided camping location is TBD. Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment, including tent.
• Clean Vibes Volunteer T-shirt

ARRIVAL DATE: During Show Volunteers may arrive at any time after 10:00AM EST on Thursday 10/9/25. The arrival information is subject to change.

TABLE BUSSER/SWEEPER  Volunteers must commit to THREE 5-hour shifts for a total commitment of 15 hours. Table Busser/Sweepers will be assisting Clean Vibes staff members with keeping the venue and vending area grounds clean and clear. This position involves stooping, bending, and lifting. 

Table Busser Shifts/Sweeper Shifts:
Friday 10/10/25: 4:00pm - 9:00pm, 8:00pm - 1:00am
Saturday 10/11/25: 4:00pm - 9:00pm, 8:00pm - 1:00am
Sunday 10/12/25: 4:00pm - 9:00pm, 8:00pm - 1:00am

POST SHOW CLEAN UP Volunteers along with Clean Vibes crew members will help clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. Post Event Green Team will check-in on the Monday following the event (10/13) and; shifts on Tuesday (10/14) and Wednesday (10/15) 9:00AM-5:00PM.

ACCOMMODATIONS + INCENTIVES:

• One (1) GA Wristband that provides access to the GA areas of event site.
  One (1) Camping Vehicle Pass is provided camping location is TBD. Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment, including tent.

• Camping on site post event during shifts until Thursday at 12 Noon Eastern. Volunteers will relocate to a different camping area on Monday afternoon. 

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided during shift days [Tuesday + Wednesday].

• Clean Vibes Volunteer T-shirt

HOURLY COMMITMENT FOR EACH POSITION:

Morning Clean Up [15 hours] - [Position Full]
Table Busser/Sweeper [15 hours]
Post Show Clean Up [16 hours] 

FEES + DEPOSIT:  A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $30.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $370.00 to confirm your green team position.
