**Please be advised that this registration page is for CLEAN VIBES, the event waste & recycling provider, specifically, and is separate from the festival volunteer program (if applicable). Registrations between the two programs are non-transferrable.**

Position Details:






POST SHOW CLEAN-UP​ Volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. Post Event Volunteers will move camp and check-in on the Monday following the event (9/28) and will work on Tuesday (9/29) and Wednesday (9/30) 8AM-6PM.


Hourly Commitment: 20 hours

On-site camping until noon on Thursday 10/1




Groop Camping pass for our own Post Show Volunteer Groop Camping Area (the first 50 vehicles with 2 Post Show Volunteers will receive a free vehicle pass, after that there must be at least three post show volunteers in your vehicle -  limited quantity and all volunteers in vehicle must have paid deposit in order to qualify for vehicle pass.)




Please note that post show volunteers may not park their cars in GA camping and as such should not purchase GA Car Camping passes. Since the event is sold out, the only space allocated for Clean Vibes post show volunteers on site is in our Groop Camping space. You are welcome to park in Groop Camping (if you request and qualify for a pass) and walk your gear to your friends’ campsite on foot.





*Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment, including tent.









Receiving Your Wristband: Bonnaroo Post Show Volunteer wristbands will be shipped approximately two to three weeks prior to the event via Fedex One Rate Shipping. The charge for shipping ($15.00) is charged in addition to the administrative fee ($25.00) for Bonnaroo Post Show Volunteers. PLEASE be sure to put the address that you will be at in May/early June in your VolunteerLocal profile, so that your ticket will be shipped to YOU!









Fees/Deposit: A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $40.00 ($25.00 administrative fee plus $15.00 shipping fee) is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $300.00 to confirm your volunteer position. If the event is officially cancelled your refundable deposit will be refunded.









Please be advised that Volunteer positions are not confirmed until the refundable ticket deposit has been submitted.
