Position Details:

REGISTRATIONS HAVE CLOSED FOR THIS EVENT.

POST SHOW CLEAN UP Volunteers, along with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers, will help clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. Post Event Volunteers will check-in on the Monday following the event (6/26) and will volunteer on Tuesday (6/27) and Wednesday (6/28) 8:00AM-6:00PM.


HOURLY COMMITMENT:
Post Show Volunteer - 20 hours

ACCOMMODATIONS + INCENTIVES:

  • One (1) 4-Day GA Wristband that provides access to the GA areas of event site.
  • One (1) 4-Day GA Vehicle Pass is provided. Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment, including tent. 
  • Camping on site post event during shifts until Thursday at 12 Noon Eastern. Volunteers will relocate to a different camping area on Monday afternoon. 
  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided during shift days [Tuesday + Wednesday].

ARRIVAL DATE: Volunteers can arrive at any time after the festival is open to GA patrons. The gates will open Thursday morning 6/22/23 at 12:01am Eastern.

FEES + DEPOSIT:  A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $35.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $500.00 to confirm your volunteer position. Please note that you will be able to submit your refundable deposit beginning on Friday March 3, 2023 at 1:00pm EST.
