**Please be advised that this registration page is for CLEAN VIBES, the event waste & recycling provider, specifically, and is separate from the festival volunteer program. Registrations between the two programs are non-transferrable.**

POST SHOW: Volunteers must commit to two 6 hour shifts after the event on Monday (9/18) and Tuesday (9/19) for a total of 12 HOURS. Volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue and vending areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.
Post Show Shifts:
Monday, 9/18/23: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
Tuesday 9/19/23: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
(Lunch will be provided both days)
Hourly Commitment For Each Position:
During Show Clean Up/Table Busser Volunteer - 10 hours
Post Show Volunteer - 12 hours
Volunteer T-shirt will be provided!
Accommodations: Camping will be provided to the first 25 volunteers who sign up. Volunteers are responsible for bringing their own camping supplies + tent.
Parking: Parking is provided.
Arrival Date: Thursday, September 14, 2023
Fees/Deposit: A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $30.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00 to confirm your volunteer position. Upon submission of your ticket deposit you will be given the opportunity to choose your position for this event.
