Below are the available Clean Vibes Green Team positions at this event. Each member of the green team will choose ONE position, subject to availability.


Position Details: Please read carefully :)

POST SHOW CLEAN UP Green Team along with Clean Vibes crew members, will help clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. Post Event Green Team will check-in on the Monday following the event (9/25) and the shifts are on Tuesday (9/26) and Wednesday (9/27) 8:00AM-6:00PM. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during shift days [Tuesday + Wednesday].

  • One (1) 4-Day GA Wristband that provides access to the GA areas of event site.
  • One (1) 4-Day GA Vehicle Pass is provided. Green Team must provide their own camping equipment, including tent. 
  • Arrive at any time after the festival is open to GA patrons. The gates will open Thursday morning 9/21/23 at 12:01am Eastern
  • Camping on site post event during shifts until Thursday at 12 Noon Eastern. Green Team will relocate to a different camping area on Monday afternoon. 
  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided during shift days [Tuesday + Wednesday].

FEES + DEPOSIT:  A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $35.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $500.00 to confirm your volunteer position.
