Position Details:

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS HAVE CLOSED. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING FOR CLEAN VIBES AT THIS EVENT PLEASE TEXT 828-468-VOLS(8657).  Please note a NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $30.00 as well as REFUNDABLE ticket deposit of $315.00 to confirm your volunteer position will be collected. More details will be explained to you when you speak to a Clean Vibes representative. 

Below are the available Clean Vibes volunteer positions at this event.


MORNING CLEAN UP Volunteers must commit to FOUR 4-hour shifts for a total weekend commitment of 16 hours. Volunteers will be picking up loose litter on the ground and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, lifting and consolidating large bags of recycling and refuse. *Please note that during Thursday's shift, volunteers will be handing out recycling and landfill bags to patrons as the enter the event.

Morning Clean Up Shifts:
Thursday 6/29/23: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Friday 6/30/23: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Saturday 7/1/23: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday 7/2/23: 8:00am - 12:00pm

DURING SHOW CLEAN UP Volunteers must commit to THREE 4-hour shifts (one of each shift time - see below) over the course of the four day event for a total commitment of 12 HOURS. Volunteers will be assisting Clean Vibes staff members with keeping the venue and vending area grounds clean and clear. This position involves stooping, bending, and lifting. 

During Show Clean Up (each volunteer will commit to a total of three shifts):
Thursday 6/29/23:  12:30PM - 4:30PM, 4:00PM - 8:00PM, 7:30PM - 11:30PM
Friday 6/30/23:  12:30PM - 4:30PM, 4:00PM - 8:00PM, 7:30PM - 11:30PM
Saturday, 7/1/23:  12:30PM - 4:30PM, 4:00PM - 8:00PM, 7:30PM - 11:30PM
Sunday, 7/2/23:  12:30PM - 4:30PM, 4:00PM - 8:00PM, 7:30PM - 11:30PM

POST SHOW: Volunteers must commit to two 8 hour shifts after the event on Monday (7/3) and Tuesday (7/4) for a total of 16 HOURS. Volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue and vending areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.

Post Show Shifts:
Monday, 7/3/23: 12:00PM - 8:00PM (Lunch and Dinner will be provided)
Tuesday 7/4/23: 9:00AM - 5:00PM (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided)

Hourly Commitment:
Morning Clean Up - 16 hours
During Show Volunteer - 12 hours 
Post Show Volunteer - 16 hours

Accommodations: Camping is provided. Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment, including tent.

Parking: **PLEASE BE ADVISED** Upon entry to the festival, each volunteer with a vehicle will be required to pay a $25.00 parking fee at the gate. Volunteers will park in the staff lot off site. Shuttles to and from the parking lot will be provided. You may purchase an on-site vehicle pass, however your vehicle may not gain entry to the festival site until Thursday at 8 AM. Arrival Date: Wednesday 6/28 or Thursday 6/29 depending on shift time.

Fees/Deposit: A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $30.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE ticket deposit of $315.00 to confirm your volunteer position.
