Below are the available Clean Vibes Green Team positions at this event. Each volunteer will choose ONE position, subject to availability.
MORNING CLEAN UP [POSITIONS ARE FULL] Green Team must complete THREE 6-hour shifts for a total commitment of 18 hours. Morning Clean Up Green Team will be assisting Clean Vibes staff members with sweeping the venue and vending areas of litter and debris to prepare the space for another great day of music!
Morning Clean Up Shifts:
Friday 8/16/24: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Saturday 8/17/24: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Sunday 8/18/24: 8:00am - 2:00pm
ACCOMMODATIONS + INCENTIVES:
ARRIVAL DATE: Thursday at 12:01am. Wednesday entry can be purchased at Box Office upon arrival for $20.00.
MORNING COMPOST SORTING [POSITIONS ARE FULL] Green Team must complete THREE 6-hour shifts for a total commitment of 18 hours. Morning Compost Sorting Green Team will be assisting the Clean Vibes composting team to sort bags of compost from the venue, and catering areas of the event.
Morning Compost Sorting Shifts:
Friday 8/16/24: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Saturday 8/17/24: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Sunday 8/18/24: 8:00am - 2:00pm
ACCOMMODATIONS + INCENTIVES:
One (1) 4-Day Wristband that provides access to the GA areas of event site and GA Camping.
One (1) 4- Day GA Camping Vehicle Pass is provided with access to free showers. Green Team must provide their own camping equipment, including tent.

Morning Compost Sorting Green Team will receive one meal voucher per shift!
ARRIVAL DATE: Thursday at 12:01am. Wednesday entry can be purchased at Box Office upon arrival for $20.00.
TRASH TALKER®/TABLE BUSSER/SWEEPER [POSITIONS ARE FULL] Green Team must commit to THREE 6-hour shifts (ONE Early, ONE Mid, + ONE Late Shift) for a total commitment of 18 hours. Trash Talker®/Table Busser/Sweeper Green Team will be will be stationed at a series of waste receptacles in order to direct fans on the proper disposal of their waste, and will also be picking up loose litter on the ground and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, bending, and lifting. Each member of this team will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the 3-stream system: compost, recycling and landfill by sorting materials to the correct containers if necessary and replacing full bags as they fill up. We will provide you with training on what goes where, gloves, bags and provide support throughout your shift.with keeping the venue and vending area grounds clean and clear.

Friday 8/16/24: 10:00am - 4:00pm, 3:00pm - 9:00pm, 8:00pm - 2:00am

Sunday 8/18/24: 10:00am - 4:00pm, 3:00pm - 9:00pm, 8:00pm - 2:00am

POST SHOW CLEAN UP Green Team, along with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers, will help clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. Post Event Green Team will check-in on the Monday following the event (8/19) and will volunteer on Tuesday (8/20) and Wednesday (8/21) 8:00AM-6:00PM.
One (1) 4-Day GA Wristband that provides access to the GA areas of event site.
One (1) 4-Day GA Vehicle Pass is provided. Green Team must provide their own camping equipment, including tent.
Camping on site post event during shifts until Thursday at 12 Noon Eastern. Green Team will relocate to a different camping area on Monday afternoon.

FEES + DEPOSIT: A NON-REFUNDABLE application/processing fee of $35.00 is due upon submission of the application below. After your application is completed you will be able to submit your REFUNDABLE deposit of $500.00 to confirm your volunteer position.
